See Your Career Path in a New Light
Marshall High School’s NEW, 1- and 2-year Career-Technical Programs allow you to earn portable, industry-recognized credentials that many Craft Trade industry leaders look for when making employment decisions, while you also earn your high school diploma. Best of all, it’s free!
Craft Trades Include:
In the 1-year program, you earn your high school diploma and complete the NCCER Core Curriculum required for all other craft curriculum. Then you can continue independently your education for the trade of your choice.
In the 2-year program, you earn your high school diploma, complete the NCCER Core Curriculum, and earn an Electrical, Level 1 Certificate—immediately qualifying you to pursue a career as an electrician.
Classes are taught at Marshall by certified industry instructors and count as relevant work experience. They may even be eligible for college credit. And completing the NCCER Core Curriculum—which covers basic safety, electrical wiring, and introduction to construction drawings, which are all prerequisites to further study—gives you the basic skills needed to continue education in any craft trade. Either way, you’ll be a step ahead in your post-graduation plans.
Classes start January 9th, and spaces for this program are limited!
